If you are just looking to borrow a few dollars to make ends meet, we are now extending the same great collateral loan service we have offered for over 30 years to firearms!  You will have the same five month loan period we offer on all of our loans, and the ability to extend your loan for more time if you need it.

All firearms pawned in California are required to be reregistered and transferred back to you per Department of Justice regulations, and there is a small fee associated with it as well as a mandatory 10 day waiting period.

In order to pick up your gun, you must be able to fulfill all requirements posed by the California Department of Justice including:

Be 18 or over (for long guns)
Be 21 or over (for handguns)
Have a Valid picture I.D. (Non Expired California Driver’s License or ID card or Military ID accompanied by permanent duty station orders showing a posting in California)
Possess a Handgun Safety Certificate (HSC) for handguns (or Qualify for an HSC exemption)
Successfully complete a safety demonstration with the handgun being picked up.
Provide proof of California residency via utility bill, residential lease, property deed, etc.
